So you bought a service, which you're not after, whatever the reason. Just let us know, and if it's within 7 days of purchase we'll cancel the service and give you back a full refund of the purchase price. Simple.

Ofcourse there are times when problems arise out of our control, but if we're offline for too long, we will compensate you. Simple.

We're here for you. Whatever price you pay, you also get free support*. We try our best to respond to you quickly. We generally respond to clients within hours, with a maximum response time of 24 hours, but if we don't respond back within 48 hours, we'll compensate you. Simple.
